What kind of guarantee do you offer?

Happy Stork wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and feel comfortable trying our products. For this reason we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied with your Happy Stork order for any reason you can contact us within 45 days of placing your order for a full-refund. You will not have to return your product, and you’re free to use up the entire bottle before making a decision. 

This refund policy is available on your first order only. On any subsequent orders we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement order unless your order was defective. 

For any orders beyond your first order, refunds/returns are not available.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, however if you are unhappy for any reason with your first order, contact us within 45 days and we will refund your order.

How long does shipping take?

We ship any orders received by 11am that same day Monday-Friday. Orders received after 11am or on holidays or weekends are shipping the next business day. We ship most orders through USPS and orders take between 2-5 days in transit.

We ship from Jacksonville, Florida, so orders on the west coast will take closer to 5 days to be received.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more, and flat-rate shipping $5 for orders of $49 or less for the continental United States. There is an additional shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico which is calculated during checkout.
